Please note that the orders once placed can't be cancelled. However under some unusual circumstances, we might allow you to cancel your order within 15 working days from receving the product(s). Please send us an e-mail with your order number and the reason in the email id info@wekartinc.com for the cancellation and we will get back to you. There will be some cancellation charges (processing fees charged by credit card company, etc) that will apply. Also note that if the order has already been shipped or if the items ordered needed any alterations or any kind of changes have been done even if not shipped then we won't be able to cancel the order.
