Return & Exchange Policy
At Wekart Incorporation, every product is individually designed, crafted, and created with great care and attention to detail. As fashion and lifestyle trends constantly evolve, we follow a No Refund, No Exchange Policy to continue delivering the latest and finest in Indian fashion, home, and lifestyle products. However, to ensure customer satisfaction, we offer limited exchange options under certain conditions.
Exchange Eligibility
Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product completely different from the one you ordered, we will gladly exchange it.
- Shipping charges will be covered by us.
- Shipping reimbursements will be provided in the form of:
- Discount vouchers, or
- Online store credit
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in cash.
Wrong Size Sent by Us
If we send you the wrong size compared to your original order, we will exchange the product and bear the shipping charges both ways.
Shipping reimbursements will be provided as:
- Discount vouchers, or
- Online store credit
Cash refunds for shipping charges are not available.
Wrong Size Ordered by Customer
If the customer orders the wrong size, we can still assist with an exchange. However:
- The customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways:
- Sending the item back to us
- Re-shipping the exchanged item
Customized or Altered Products
Customized or altered products are not eligible for exchange.
However, if incorrect measurements were submitted and re-alteration is required for a better fit:
- Our in-house tailoring team will provide one-time re-alteration free of cost.
- Customers will only need to pay re-shipping charges both ways.
- Customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Non-Exchangeable Products
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Used or worn products
- Customized or altered products
- Damaged products due to customer misuse
Important Exchange Conditions
- No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers must email the reason for exchange along with order details.
- Do not return products without receiving exchange confirmation from us.
- Exchange instructions will be shared after approval.
Color & Work Disclaimer
Wekart Incorporation believes customers understand that colors displayed on digital screens may slightly vary from the actual product colors.
Due to:
- Screen resolutions
- Lighting conditions
- Fabric textures
minor variations in color shades are considered normal and acceptable.
All products sold by Wekart Incorporation are handcrafted following traditional Indian textile and craftsmanship techniques. Minor irregularities in:
- Embroidery
- Prints
- Handwork
- Stonework
are natural characteristics of handmade products and should not be treated as defects.
Although every item undergoes careful quality checks and packaging before dispatch, minor damages during shipping such as:
- Loose embellishments
- Missing stones
- Slight thread pulls
may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.
Other Terms & Conditions
- Customers must provide complete, accurate, and legible information while placing orders.
- All online payments are subject to authorization by the respective payment gateway or bank.
- Wekart Incorporation shall not be held responsible for failed transactions caused by payment authorization issues.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Product prices do not include customs duties or international taxes.
- All disputes and legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata only.

All jewellery sold by Wekart Incorporation is fashion/artificial jewellery and:
- Does not contain gold or silver
- Does not include precious gems or stones
