Return & Exchange Policy
At Wekart Incorporation, every product is individually crafted and created with care. Since fashion and lifestyle trends continuously evolve, we maintain a No Refund, No Exchange Policy to ensure we continue delivering the latest in Indian fashion, home, and lifestyle products. However, under specific circumstances, we offer limited exchanges.
Exchange Eligibility
Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product completely different from what you ordered, we will exchange it at no additional cost.
- Shipping charges will be reimbursed as:
- Discount coupons, or
- Online store credit
- Cash refunds for shipping charges are not available.
Wrong Size Delivered by Us
If we send a size different from the one mentioned in your order, we will exchange it and cover shipping charges both ways.
Shipping reimbursements will be provided as:
- Discount coupons, or
- Online store credit
Wrong Size Ordered by Customer
If you ordered the wrong size, we can still exchange the product. However:
- You must bear shipping charges both ways.
Customized or Altered Products
Customized or altered products are not eligible for exchange.
However, if incorrect measurements were provided and re-alteration is required:
- Our in-house tailors will provide one-time re-alteration free of cost.
- Customers must pay only the re-shipping charges (both ways).
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Non-Exchangeable Products
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Used or worn products
- Customized or altered products
Important Exchange Conditions.
- No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Do not return products without receiving exchange confirmation from us.
- Detailed exchange instructions will be provided after confirmation.
Color & Work Disclaimer
Wekart Incorporation makes every effort to display product colors accurately. However, actual product colors may slightly vary from what appears on your monitor due to:
- Screen settings
- Lighting conditions
- Fabric reflections
Such minor color variations are considered normal.
All products sold by Wekart Incorporation are handcrafted following traditional Indian textile and craftsmanship techniques. Minor irregularities in:
- Embroidery
- Prints
- Handwork
- Stonework
are natural characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered defects.
While products are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch, minor damages during shipping such as:
- Loose embellishments
- Missing stones
- Slight thread pulls may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.
Other Terms & Conditions
- Customers must provide accurate, complete, and legible information while placing orders.
- All credit card payments are subject to online authorization.
- Wekart Incorporation is not responsible for failed transactions due to payment authorization issues.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import levies in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
- Product prices do not include customs duties or international taxes.
- All disputes and transactions are subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata only.

All jewellery products sold by Wekart Incorporation are fashion/artificial jewellery items and:
