Shipping is done through DHL who is our logistic partner,once the order is placed and the product is ready for shipment,the prodcut is collected by a DHL representative from our office and is gathered in the DHL Hub of KOlkata and from there the movement begins of its proposed destination.The delivery takes usually a timeframe of 7-10 business days however if the location of the customer falls under a remote area(which depends upon the Pin Code of the customer)then it might take upto 15 working days.
